From the creation of a claim during our on-site field investigation through the recovery process handled by one of our dedicated claims specialists, this tool allows us to effectively track every claim throughout its life cycle.
Every component of the claim including photos, video, narratives, police reports, job costs, invoices, recovery correspondence and other applicable documentation is kept inside the claim file. Date and time stamped notes are logged as the claim is worked through a series of statuses designed to push the claim forward in as short of a recovery window as possible.
On the backend, we utilize every piece of data entered in both the field and during recovery to create comprehensive client reporting and analytics that span the life of our program and have become the foundation for our continued evolution as a leader in the industry.
